Shipping
- All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.
- We ship items the next business day of your order.
- The units listed on our site are completed and ready to ship out.
- Shipped from our location in Arizona
- Shipments typically arrive in 2-4 business days.
There may be delays during the Holiday Season or due to weather related issues in your area.
Returns
- Each unit takes several days to produce with the multiple layered on finish. Once a unit is used, since it is a woodwind instrument, there are too many health concerns at this time to allow a unit to be resold.
- We want you to be happy with your Whistle. To insure you are making a good purchase decision:
- Before purchasing, please look over each image of the whistle you are buying. The images are of the product you are purchasing.
In the event there is a defect with the unit we do allow returns in the first 15 days of receiving it. After 15 days the sale is considered final. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CELTIC WHISTLE JUST FOR EVALUATION PLANING ON RETURNING IT. The returned units are destroyed and it is a total loss for us because of health restrictions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
